It adds to the town population. Then you can view the town and read the Bulletins. We are talking about it in the Bulletin area. Make sure you click every day!

So...what can we do in the town exept for making and watching it grow? Can be go to like a casino, brothel, movie theater?

Pretty sure you can click on each one daily. Transport is the most needed right now, so I put that on top. :]

As for the clicking, I open all at same time, different tabs, but the population is the same for all tabs. So it's probably only one type (Pop, Ind, Trans) per person.
