Info:

1. Spawn area is marked with redstone torches, you are unable to destroy the torches.
2. There are occasional griefers. Do whatever it takes to protect your items.
3. The best way to protect your items, is to put the items in your inventory, then log out.
4. Server will keep your items intact in your inventory as long as you don't die or get griefed.

Server:

1. Plugins: WorldGuard, Protection Stones, TPA, ScheduledAnnouncer
2. Commands: /spawn, /sethome, /home, /tpa, /jw_warplist, /jw_warpto, /ps, /money
More server commands when you type /help.

Finished my midterms, and to fulfill that promise, I give you this.

Again, I stressed that this server is grief-prone. This building was found somewhere in the desert biome, and was suspected that it was once a lava pool and that someone else made some adjustments to it. I decided to make it the world spawn by using WorldEdit to copy/paste it to spawn. I worry that this building may not last long.

Ah, oh well. I'll try fixing it when I have spare time. Plus, adding some plugins (Thanks to Mindcrack Public Server, I learned a lot from there.)

Quick update:

The world is about to be reset. Added some more plugins to help combat the griefers and some economy, so as to give players something to work on.

Again, it's survival 24/7, but everything is all under construction right now.

Updated Info:

1. Added: ProtectionStones, iConomy, ChestShop
2. Realized there's a time limit for all threads. Can't update info in the first post, unless by an admin.
3. Shops are under construction. Everything will gradually be rolling out over the days.

From this moment on, the server now runs under a pretty strong anti-griefing pair of eyes. I don't know strong it is, but if you can join and read some of the FAQs posted near spawn, you'll understand why.

EDIT: Received a report saying the server is a bit slow. Decided to give the server a nice check-up before booting back up.

So far, as reported by some 14 different players around the world in my server, they said they haven't met any griefers. Some of them are even making pretty large castles and forts. I have tried encouraging players to grief, but it somehow backfires; No one wants to grief. So, no, there aren't any griefers around.

There's no Pvp. But there is a place where you can pvp, and that's near spawn.

You can also do this to your land, once you've claimed it.
1. Type "/region info" to get your region name. The region name consists of "ps" and then the X, Y, and Z coordinates for the center of your region.
2. Then type "/region flag [Your Region Name] creeper-explosion deny" to turn creeper explosion off.

Hi, I should have done some research first I joined the server last night and played there for some time. I realy like the server, and might stay there for some time. I cant see any griefers as well and your money system works very well (as far as I have expirienced)

For now it might not need a whitelist (maybe later), but right now I will have to agree with you

One more question:
Are there any mods which is not allowed? (I would asume x-ray is not allowed)
I am thinking of minimaps and macros?

By looking at how many players on the server, I don't think having mods may affect the overall gameplay.

I even let others play with flying mod enabled. I'm such a bad OP.

Yes, a lot of players play there. I am unsure of when they will be online. It's as if all of their time zones are different form one another.
