Somehow this isnt working for me.
I was going to remove te weapons from the mountainking. And i did it exectually as you said. Made the alpha channel black on the weapon spots.
And imported them with the import manager, and inserted the same path as the original texture.
What could be...

But I was thinking of making a strategy map, and then I rembered this one. This one has potential to become one of the best strategy maps out there I think. Would be to bad if the total project was dropped. So any news on this one?

I'm having some trouble making an ability thats costs gold to cast. I know how to do it with triggers but I don't really like that.
I want it to show up the cost of the ability in the description dialog. Now i know the ability "charge gold and wood" but it has one problem. I want it to be...
Well, you dont choose a hero in this game. You start of with a DuneWorm that can take over units. This way your icon keeps changing through out the game. And yes the Icon variable is a string variable.

Well i'm making a map with 72 different units you can conrol. And i'm not feeling much for making 72 if conditions.

Well, naked worms shouldnt be a problem. Once you are out of a creep you slowely lose life over time. But once you are in a certain creep, you also have the ability to just swap to another creep, without touching the ground.
Also, adding a cooldown to the "swap or exit" ability is harder...
Never played Uther party before, so i dont know about that. Gonna play it right away.
And yes, you only control the unit you took over with your dune worm. And with killing units with that creep, you get exp on your dune worm. So your dunw worm levels up, and then you can take over even...
Guess i'm going to continue on this map after more then a year :) I still got it here on the computer, and i just wanted to share this info with you guys.
That sounds like a really nice idea Steel.
You can even do it like that, if you total points of str/agi/int is equal to a certain number, your hero levels.
Man this really sounds hawt! :) Cant wait to make a game around it. With ridable horses and all!

The condition is a real comparison, look for "math abs" in the list.
Yes but that takes so freaking long, this is the number 2 reason why i always quit on maps that are halfway done..
Ofc the number 1, lonely at the top, balancing your map. That can literaly take forever.....
Another question from me, srry for it.
Is there any massive trigger editor program ? Like you can copy/paste a action trigger only then for all the other players ? Or like paste the action trigger only then for index 2 t/m 100 instead of 1 ?

It is done in hero craft 2. dunno about 1 tho.
I would try to get it based on wood. Like you get 5 wood everytime you level up, and then make upgrades (+1 agi/str/int) for your hero that you can buy for 1 wood each.
Anybody can see why this is not working ?
