Then make the cleave attack become unit's ability, not item's ability... Sometimes, using items makes the units to play special animation (like: spell, channel, looping, and in your case attack slam)...
Object Editor > Abilities Tab > Your Spell > Art - Animation Names (fill it with "attack"), same things with Critical Strike and Bash (fill it with "attack, slam" instead)...

Yeah, I already tried that, and the dummy actually does nothing after cast the first wave, it just stands there... Also I have set the acquisition range and movement speed to 0.00/0 to make sure the dummy doesn't go anywhere or tries to engage other enemies...

- Art - Animation Names: - (since the dummy has no model)
- Stats - Hero Ability: False (because I've seen some spell doesn't work since the dummy is a unit, not hero)

But, I got problems here, the dummy only cast the Blizzard for just 1 wave then got removed, which the dummy ability has 6 waves' blizzard...

Hmm, not really... Most of cars here broke down because of flood, engine pistons, cams, cranksets, some was very damaged by floods, it also damage the transmission, and few cars got interior damage...
Because people are too comfortable with conventional fuel (gasoline/diesel fuel)... Though gasoline easier to ignited even just with a little spark, especially when the gasoline has been compressed... But gasoline/diesel fuel cars are easier to be repaired...:D
