Well, I was browsing through wc3campaigns, system and I saw a system that I need but guess what happened, the next day, I couldnt' find it anywhere OMG! Basically what I remember about the system was that it uses the table system
Ability System <<< I am not sure about the name
This system checks the item and can set a level which you then can use the item/carry meaning, You need to be level 8 to use this item. It also features ability buying and adding them into a spellbook, It also can take str, agi , int as a requirement.
