Auto cast AoE to point on screen

is there a way to have a macro or something to automatically cast an AoE spell like blizzard flamestrike or death and decay to a point on my screen, say 2/3 of the way up the center of my screen, without having to click and confirm the target area? (the way that i have my stuff set up makes it hard for me to do this the conventional way)

it would kinda be like this

where the spell is always cast on the terrain that T lines up with, provided that the location is in range of the spell.

so i guess that the point is that it needs to emulate a mouse click at a certain point on the screen

I believe that functionality isn't possible with the current API, as it can also be abused to create bots (and other nasty scripts).

The best that I can think of that you could try would be to set up a key binding to the spell (or macro if that's what your using), and hit the key while hovering over the target area.
