Unit names, your list seems ehh....not cool? I'm looking for something along the lines of Naz'gul or something. Names that has random letters, but sounds cool.

I've always used names that carry significance in my imaginery language, and used them for persons of historical legend.

Example: Sin'Guk, means "Blood Sword" in Elven, in my universe. Same way that Lif'Guk means "Divine Blade". I also like to use some greek mythology, but not much.. Such things as Hephaestus, Diablo, Baal, etc...

    Mala'ti.
    Go'grosh.
    Klarm.
    Ruz'numba.
    Ilithiss.
    Playr'dos.
    Brok'fih.
    Lo'korw
    Andu'fromash
    Rhomus.
    Ciz'que

Just made those off the top of my head, although they sound more indian or tribal than demonic...

of topic: Is there not a movie, game or book with a creature named nergal?
When I read it it kind of pops up in my head with a voice to it:p(audiographic memory)

Edit: NVM. It was hellboy, son of nergal. Abe reads it out of a book in the middle of the movie:D

It does ring a bell, sounds like an Acolyte or some sort of demon in warcraft history.

    Maybe I'm thinking of Ner'Zhul?

I know "Nurgle" is a chaos god in the Warhammer universe, I bet it's some historical demon, like something norse or greek. Likely Norse, 'cause I know the Chaos in Warhammer(non 40k) are vikings.

    uhh as for names
anything would do, their undead, they can reuse their name when they lived right? else you can just name them nameless or something... maby "one who forgot his name" haha

try combining words, just like the boss names in diablo II

    examples:

    Nightwraith the Vile
    Deadmaim the Tainted
    Ancient Kaa the Souless
    or Coldhorn the Flayer
  18. Dark Ruler

    Demons From triangle of terror:
    Morgaroth
    Ghazbaran
    Zoralurk

    Ruthless seven:
    Apocalypse
    Bazir
    Infernatil
    Verminor
    Orhsabaal
  19. perkeyone

    perkeyone something clever

    i just thought of this
take 5 or six ordinary names

(here are some biblical ones for irony)
    david
    joeseph
    mary
    john
    isaac

now change all the consonants to the next consonant of the alphabet
and all the vowels to the next vowel
    eg. a>e>i>o>u>y>a
    and b>c>d>f>g>h>j>k>l>m>n>p>q>r>s>t>v>w>x>z>b

    fewof
    kuitiqj
    nesa
    kujp
    oteed

    or in reverse

    cytec
    hiarang
    lyqu
    higm
    eryyb

i only think a few of those would work well for undead but the system is good for randomizing
you can also try putting leters in reverse order after doing this for more variations
