Desktop Crash

Can Someone please help me?! Ok..... I started starcraft went to b.net....Blah blah blah with connecting and stuff but when it said accessing acccout, it went straight back to the desktop without meesage. I've tried everything, Reinstall, deleting bncache.dat, calling the tech support (same thing, told me to delete) Can someone please help me??

Have you used any 3rd party programs ?
Do you have any other problems on the internet ?

You can try these steps for now

Click on Start then Run
Type "regedit" and click OK
Click on the + icon beside the "HKey_Local_Machine" branch
Click on the + icon beside the "Software" branch
Select the "Battle.net" branch and press the delete key
Click on the + icon beside the "HKey_Current_User" branch
Click on the + icon beside the "Software" branch
Select the "Battle.net" branch and press the delete key
