Adobe Flash CS3:

Flash is the leading program in animation and website design.
Flash offers tons of features not available in programing language to websites.

An imitation of flash is the much less powerful "Adobe Image Ready."
Image ready comes with Photoshop.

3D PROGRAMS

A 3D program. I'm not too familiar with it but as all 3D programs, it is hard to learn.

3DS Max:

This program is the industry-leading 3D software.
Used for 3D animation or just modeling.
If you are a beginner and think you might be interested to learn modeling, I don't suggest this.
This thing costs 3.5 thousand American Dollars, so think before you buy.
