Looking for Help for a SPECIFIC Trigger

A long time ago I played a "hero's" RPG or something like that.

In it, you could be a zergling. Now, this zergling was special in that once you started attacking enemies, several units on your team would spawn around you. Once you stopped attacking for a few seconds, they dissapeared. Does anyone know how to do this? I need help!

It is probably set up so that if enemy units are in your area it creates those other units.
This uses a center location trigger.

Ok, it kinda makes sense to me but the implementation is kinda wierd.

What I'm trying to do is make it so that when your DEFILER gets attacked, a couple broodlings pop out around you. When the enemies are gone, they dissapear.

Can you please be a little more specific as to how I do this?

Sorry that I have to double post.

but I'm DYING to figure out how to do this!

So far everything I've tried hasn't worked.

What I have so far (abbreviated):

Trig 1:
Conditions (C) - Player owns exactly 1 defiler
Actions (A) - Centre location labelled 'defiler aura' on 'defiler' owned by Player at 'anywhere'
-wait for 1000 milliseconds
-preserve

Trig 2:
C-Player commands the least any unit at 'defiler aura'
-player commands exactly 1 defiler
-player commands exactly 0 zerglings
A-create 3 zerglings at 'defiler aura'
-preserve

Trig 3:
C- Current player commands the most men at 'defiler aura'
A- Remove all zerglings for player
-preserve.

Ok. now with this setup, I cannot get the location to follow the stupid thing. It only stays where the defiler spawns and does not move. How can I make it so the location moves with the unit?!?!

Why do you have a wait action?
That is probably why it is screwing it up.

actually.

I put that in there AFTER it didn't work the first time. I thought that maybe it couldn't cope with moving the location instantaneously.

Just change it to what I have above.

That's still actually different. Becuase that means that the zerglings are ALWAYS there. I'm trying to make it so that they only show up when needed and dissapear when they aren't.

Okay an easy way to do this would be the if enemy brings unit to location create lings, but this will only work for close ranged units. What your trying to do and what the other guy in that other RPG did is differnt. He had when the ling (close ranged unit) attacked an enemy things would appear around him. He did this by, like Ilendil said, moving locations. You could do this also but if a long ranged enemy attacked the unit the lings would not appear unless the enemy is in the location thats follwoing him =/. If you want to do something like that try...
Trig 1:
The move location trig

Trig 2:
-Player bring atleast 1 Defiler to defiler aura
-Player (enemy) brings atleast 1 Men to defiler aura
-Player commands exactly 0 zerglings
A-Create 3 Zerglings at Defiler Aura
-Preserve Trigger

If you want them to dissapear when an enemy is not near or in location just say this.

Trig 3:
-Player brings atleast 1 Defiler to defiler aura
-Player (enemy) brings exactly 0 men to defiler aura
-Player Commands atleast 1 zerg zergling
A-Kill or Remove all Zerg Zerglings for Player at anywhere
-Preserve Trigger

You can just make a big location to follow the unit so that it works on ranged units, dont make it to big then they will appear when a close ranged unit is running up to it.

Good Luck on your RPG :)

Looks like Google fixed whatever mistake that made the recipes on the site go crazy and we are no longer trending towards a recipe site lol - I don't care though because it motivated me to spend alot of time on the site improving it and at least now the content people are looking at is not stupid and embarrassing like it was when I first got back into this like 5 years ago.

Plus - I have a pretty bad ass recipe collection now! That section of the site is 10 thousand times better than it was before

They also were digging threw old shit at the sheriff's office and I tried to get them to give me the old electronic stuff, but they said no. They can't give it to people because they might use it to impersonate a cop or break into their network or some shit? idk but it was a shame to see them take a whole bunch of radios and shit to get shredded and landfilled

Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

I am not big on the recipes I am just promoting them - I use the site as a practice place promoting stuff

@tom_mai78101 I must be blind. If I go on my profile I don't see any area to edit the signature; If I go to account details (settings) I don't see any signature area either.
