This is probably the most critical and pivotal chapter in the existence of thehelper.net

If it were not for PatN of Blizzard Technical Support and the Diablo Technical Support Forums and Battle.net Open Tech Support chat I would never have discovered this world.

PatN was the Blizzard Tech Guy assigned with the Official Blizzard Diablo Tech Support forum rep,

I was coming trying to fix a friends problem with his piece of shit Packard Hell sound card and modem combination that was screwed and a fix was never found.

If it wasn't for PatN doing everything freaking possible above and beyond the CALL OF TECH SUPPORT duty I would not be here today. I modeled myself after him LOL! I looked up to him and tried to copy him unofficially. I succeeded and he knows it. He let me have the tech forums for a while. It was freaking awesome.

Anyway, PatN still works at Blizzard and I still keep in touch with him. I have him on my Facebook. He has moved up in Blizzard and is no longer in Tech Support. He knows Dinobot though. They have a history as he was an original MVP and PatN was there then.

PatN was the official channel to Blizzard. He was there spokesperson and sometimes other would post too with that cool ass at the time Blizzard tag they had and they would answer questions. PatN is the guy who gave me the first MVP. It was handed down from the VP of something but PatN hooked a brotha up :)

    Looks like Google fixed whatever mistake that made the recipes on the site go crazy and we are no longer trending towards a recipe site lol - I don't care though because it motivated me to spend alot of time on the site improving it and at least now the content people are looking at is not stupid and embarrassing like it was when I first got back into this like 5 years ago.

    Plus - I have a pretty bad ass recipe collection now! That section of the site is 10 thousand times better than it was before

    We now have a web designer at my job. A legit talented professional! I am going to get him to redesign the site theme. It is time.

    They also were digging threw old shit at the sheriff's office and I tried to get them to give me the old electronic stuff, but they said no. They can't give it to people because they might use it to impersonate a cop or break into their network or some shit? idk but it was a shame to see them take a whole bunch of radios and shit to get shredded and landfilled

    Signatures can be edit in your account profile. As for the old stuffs, I'm thinking it's because Blizzard is now under Microsoft, and because of Microsoft Xbox going the way it is, it's dreadful.

    @tom_mai78101 I must be blind. If I go on my profile I don't see any area to edit the signature; If I go to account details (settings) I don't see any signature area either.
