Pokemon D&P 2.6N Wc3

Hey, i've played Pokemon D&P 2.6N on Wc3 again and again.... however i dont know how to get certain pokemnon.
Would someone plz be able to tell me how to get the legendaries. other then:
-moltres
-articuno
-zapdos
-suicune
-entei
-raikou
-regirock
-regice
-registeel

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

no no i dont know how to get the pokemon whilst playing the map. Im not after any skins or deprotecting. I just need help on catpuring the pokemon in the game.
