Problems removing special effects that use doodad models.

    Hi all,

    Anyone know how to get rid of these? They seem to linger around even if you destroy them. I suppose it's because they have no death animation, but I have no real clue.

    It is because they have no death animation which they are supposed to play after destruction.

    You can however use a unit with a doodad model and upon removing the unit the model will be gone as well.

    I've gone with timing it's eventual fade with the rest of my trigs. Probably a bad idea..
