Is it possible to have Spell Resistance linked to grow with an attribute?

Like:

Agi

Every Point increases Attack Speed.
Every Point increases Armor/Resistance by 0.14/0.11?
In this regard Spell Resistance would be calculated in the same way as armor.
(0.06*Res)/(1+(0.06*Res))

There is a passive ability that grants spell resistancy in percent. You could make several levels of that ability and give it to a unit, with the correct level, based on your calculations.
Of course, the problem would become to know when the agility of your unit has changed. You would have to check after each level-up, whenever an item is aquired / lost, and possibly in other situations specific to your map.

I never tried to use this ability for this cause, you should give it a try.
But wc3 is sometimes very strange, and sometimes very buggy.

No you do not.
This can be programmed in lua using the object merger: http://www.thehelper.net/threads/how-to-use-the-object-merger.111693/

Or you can create a program in any language you choose that generates such files, and include them into your map automatically using the import preprocessor: http://www.wc3c.net/vexorian/zincmanual.html#import

By the way, I am almost certain that leveling the ability will not work and you will have to create an individual ability for each level and replace them. Try it out anyway. It certainly does not stack. BONUS (or a variant) could be useful for you: http://www.thehelper.net/threads/bonus-unit-state-modification.99190/
You would have to make it a linear bonus since it does not stack.
