Something wrong with my WC3, need help...

I had played WarCraft 3 for long time, but never get this problem...
Well, about 3 months ago I had stop using my computers, for some reasons, and so I stop playing WarCraft 3, and since a month ago I already start to using my computers again to do some work, and nothing change but WarCraft 3...
My WarCraft 3 has to be ran twice before I can play it, and after I quit from WarCraft 3 I still have to close another WarCraft 3 from tskmgr, or the WarCraft 3 will run by itself whenever I connected to internet...
Someone has any idea about what's happaen to my WarCraft 3...?

Well, let's get the obvious out of the way first. Have you tried re-installing it?

Where do you close it in task manager? From the applications or processes tab? And your OS?

Obviously reinstalling or running a repair install would be the first thing to do and would probably fix it, but if it shows up in applications then you might try just maximizing it from there and seeing if that does anything.

If it doesn't show up and reinstall fails, check what kind of resources it's using in processes.
