Warcraft 3 installation problem

i try to install warcraft 3 reign of chaos on my laptop where i use windows vista but when the installation almost ends and says "creating shortcuts" (or something) there is an error which says " Setup was unable to create the following directory C\users\....
Error 0x0000007B.....
(C\temp\020606lockit\Installer\Source\DiscUndo.cpp:471)

Operation Aborted"

i have the original cd and i play the game normaly on my old desktop on windows xp

Make sure that you are logged into Windows Vista with the Administrative Account. You will need the Administrators rights in order to complete the installation.

no admin rights is definately not my problem

i just got internet and the only game i like doesnt run :banghead:

i think i have found the problem: i tried to install win rar which i had downloaded and saved at C:/Users/??????/Downloads
and then this message is shown at the installation screen :

Cannot open C:\Users\??????\Downloads\wrar371.exe

so i think thats the same problem with warcraft
so the question is: how do i permit my programs to open and save at this directory (C:\Users\??????\)

i already tried : Right click on Users Folder and properties then Security and from there to permete Everyone to Open and Write in this folder but it denies and i did all this as admin so....

I got the same problem with vista.

    Another issue I'm learning is that a lot of the air quality sensors don't work at very high ambient temperatures. I'm planning on heating this enclosure to like 60C or so, and that's the upper limit of their functionality

    Although I don't know if I need to actually actively heat it or just let the plate and hotend bring the ambient temp to whatever it will, but even then I need to figure out an exfiltration for hot air. I think I kind of know what to do but it's still fucking confusing

    I bitch about Xenforo sometimes but it really is full featured you just have to really know what you are doing to get the most out of it.

    It is just not easy to fix styles and customize but it definitely can be done

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
