On reddit, three of the game developers did a 2 hour Q&A session with all the commenters.

A very good read. I appreciate that they are taking the time to work on the game post launch. I see great potential in the game still.

Pretty logical stuff I think. I just honestly wish they had started building the ui and battlenet framework with the idea of chatbox and social flexibility in mind in the FIRST PLACE!!!

That is one of the complaints the vocal minority on the forums have. "Should have built a more customizable UI since it worked well in WoW"
Don't know if you've looked at the Official D3 forums at all, but most of the threads are "This game sucks, enjoy wasting time losers" or "I enjoy this game, I don't see why everyones complaining" and the ever so cheery "I got hacked" and the opposite threads of "I didn't get hacked because authenticator"
They have the worst community on that forum

I am well aware of the d3 forums. Too aware. Horrible idiocy abounds on those forums.

Class action lawsuits? Really? Their forum is just terrible, although some threads are incredibly entertaining. In one, someone thought to convert DPS from imperial to metric you times it by 2.2
No one knows if he was trolling or just incredibly stupid
