Weather effects..

What is the minimum graphics requirements to display weather effects?

I can't see the weather effects I create over a region.. and I did enable the effects after creating them..

128mb video card
pentium 3 processor
2.0 ghz
512 mb of ram

i dunno. i mightof over-stated it since i have no problems with minimal requirements on games.

If you can play the game on medium or higher (possibly even lower), you shouldn't have any trouble seeing any sort of weather effects.
