Yes it is, because of the way the NT kernal works most of your drivers and system files are loaded as services. If you disable services then you won't be able to get on the net, or log onto your machine. It is a key linchpin, like the boot.ini

Ghan has said he has fixed this. Monovertex please confirm this fix. This was only a problem with people that had signatures in the upper levels like not the special members but the respected members.
