For now, the content is still oriented toward beginners, so feel free to poke around and, maybe, learn how to mod in Dota 2! Additional forums could be opened in the future if there is enough activity.
The Editor seems to be pretty powerful, as the scripting language for triggers is lua, a programming language, and pretty much all of the object editing is data driven. One can also modify models, particles, and textures within their respective editors. In all, it seems like a promising new editor.
I have posted several tutorials to help those who are interested in getting started, and I will post more eventually.
