A very nice way of gaining reputation, is to equip the tabard, and then lfd for Shadowfang Keep HC. In each run, you gain 3.5k Rep. And the nice things is that it's so short and so simple.

Heroic SFK is short and simple? uh, lol. Maybe with a premade guild run. I have nightmares of the LFD tool in heroic mode.

Your almost always going to going to have bad experience with PUGs / LFD. It's just the way it is.
