Well, It seems everybody's talking about this game. But what kind of game is that?

Guild wars 2:
Its an MMO developed by Arena Net published by NCsoft(or something along those lines)
200 years after the events of guild wars 1 dragons have arisen in the land of tyria. (main goal, defeat the main elder dragon who brought a sunken city of the gods back to the surface where he currently resides)

The races include
human
charr (cat people)
norn (Nordic hunter/spirit worshipers)
asura (short genius people)
sylvari (plant people)

Professions
Warrior (hack and slash)
Elementalist (classic mage)
Thief (assassin characters)
Ranger (bow wielder)
Guardian (support tank)
Mesmer (support mage)

Basically the games selling point if they redid the whole MMO party/holy trinity set up so that the holy trinity (tank heal DPS) is useless in Guild wars 2, and that what would normally have been done by that kind of group can be done with a group of all DPS, or all support, or all tanks. Basically you have the tools available to you to be able to complete a high level dungeon without relying on one person taking the damage and one person healing.


Its a damn good game as well

I have it myself and it's extremely fun; but then again it's my first 'real' MMORPG.
It's really cool how they implemented the quests as 'events' that happen, e.g:
1] There's a war between centaurs and humans, first event has you and anyone who can come to defend an important strategic point near a bridge. If humans win [you can lose LOL], then you push back the invading centaur lines into their fortress, where you will have to kill three high value targets, and if you can succeed at that, a high level ranking centaur comes in that takes forever to kill.
And this happens within 15-20 minutes, looping each time. If centaurs take the bridge, they attempt to lay a siege on a fort nearby held by the humans, and if they take over that you have to take it back. Real cool.

I have just watched the trailer of this game on youtube. Other wise i have not other knowledge of this game.

    How can you tell the difference between real traffic and indexing or AI generation bots?

    The bots will show up as users online in the forum software but they do not show up in my stats tracking. I am sure there are bots in the stats but the way alot of the bots treat the site do not show up on the stats

    I want to build a filtration system for my 3d printer, and that shit is so much more complicated than I thought it would be

    Apparently ABS emits styrene particulates which can be like .2 micrometers, which idk if the VOC detectors I have can even catch that

    Anyway I need to get some of those sensors and two air pressure sensors installed before an after the filters, which I need to figure out how to calculate the necessary pressure for and I have yet to find anything that tells me how to actually do that, just the cfm ratings

    And then I have to set up an arduino board to read those sensors, which I also don't know very much about but I have a whole bunch of crash course things for that

    These sensors are also a lot more than I thought they would be. Like 5 to 10 each, idk why but I assumed they would be like 2 dollars

    Another issue I'm learning is that a lot of the air quality sensors don't work at very high ambient temperatures. I'm planning on heating this enclosure to like 60C or so, and that's the upper limit of their functionality

    Although I don't know if I need to actually actively heat it or just let the plate and hotend bring the ambient temp to whatever it will, but even then I need to figure out an exfiltration for hot air. I think I kind of know what to do but it's still fucking confusing

    I don't think I'm dealing with quite the same pressures though, at the very least its a significantly smaller system. For the time being I'm just going to put together a quick scrubby box though and hope it works good enough to not make my house toxic

    I bitch about Xenforo sometimes but it really is full featured you just have to really know what you are doing to get the most out of it.

    It is just not easy to fix styles and customize but it definitely can be done

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
