Need a static portrait made in photoshop

I am making a custom game for SCII and would like a static portrait made (152x232 format: .dds) made of one of the units. I would prefer if you could give the unit red eyes. I will give you full credit for the portrait, and would be very grateful if someone could do this for me. Below are some example images.

PS doesn't save to the correct format, but I changed the blue to red and faded the gold to grey - looks OK to me

It looks pretty good. However, in the bottom right, is that just how it recolored? It looks like someone scribbled red on it with MS Paint
To be honest, I was hoping that someone would make me one from scratch, but that is very time-consuming and greedy

pretty much - in the original there is some splotchy dark blue, which got turned into dark red, but dark red doesn't look as good there
