What most people do, is to import models from WoW, as the model quality in SC2 often goes above the average person's skills, not many people do it.

any guides that you know of for getting those (Sc2 has a lot more space-themed mods.. so a sc2 model extractor guide or something)

Now I'm confused. Are you wanting to take extract models out of SC2 and use them in something else/modify them?

Well you can export the models from the SC2 Editor by using the browse function (Open up the console window, type "browse" and hit enter). You can also use a MPQ editor to do this. You will also need to extract to textures associated with the model (you can use the Model Data window in the Custscene Editor to check which textures are used for your model)
SC2 uses the M3 format which you can import into Blender using this addon. From there you will just need convert into the format you need.
It has been a while since I have done this so hopefully I haven't missed anything. Also from memory some models give errors when trying to import them into blender (you can sometimes get around this by by not importing all aspects of the model but if you do this then you will need to rebuild those parts.
