I know that Rheias has a forum, but I don't know how much of that he does.

I think it might be better if you posted about any problems you have in the Webmaster forum so that you can get direct help about it. Not sure what your situation is, though.

I've only seen TH allows world-editor-tutorials.thehelper.net and starcraft2.thehelper.net
And those were made by two admin of thehelper.net

I also believe Rad has a subdomain on the helper. I just remember The Helper mentioning that somewhere.

Yea that was a list of user submitted heroes. I doubt its still up.
