Chat System?

Is anyone capable enough to inform me (without saying use the search button (as I already have)), how I would go about making a chat system, and/or posting some code?

It would be like this;

If a player types a message, the message is cleared from the screen (instantly) which appears as a Game - Message (like Parasite for example) however, if there is a / before the message, the message is only shown to allied players, and if there is a : before the message, it is only sent to team players.
