Well my fellow US forumers, at least imho this is our next president. Lets discuss him here. I am going to say that I am a republican and no matter what I am probably still going to support him - simply because I believe that Obama will not be accepted by the government insiders and it will force the already deeply hidden Black Ops even deeper and farther away from our government. Enough of my conspiracy theories though - lets watch this John McCain video

> I am a republican

Clearly not. More likely you think you have to because of social restrictions or "friends". Ever considered new friends?

Anyway:
> Obama will not be accepted by the government insiders

Broken voting system? Interesting.

I did not say that right - I meant to say I vote Republican.

Yes, the system is broken. Black Ops have no elected type of oversite. They are not even acknowledged officially by our government. As shown by the Iran Contra affair - they are funded by illegal activities. Its deep and scary my friend. I say no more.

Actually, when reading ... (that other site), I see precisely what you mean. Very scary. Let's hope for the best. As better really is the only way this can go... in theory at least.

I wonder what our government would do if we boycotted voting.

Edit: I know it's impossible. Don't point that out.

Isn't America in a dictatorship right now? Bush basically ruled the whole nation for the longest time with his lies. And America is still going down hill.

Its not Bush. He is just a figurehead. Granted, he is part of it but he is just playing his role.

This brings up a good point. Bush didn't win the popular vote (he didn't even win the electoral college). This means that the majority didn't want him in office.

John McCain has been equated to Bush's policies in every way. Bush's popularity is in the 30 percentiles, yet McCain is equal to Obama in the polls. How is this happening?

And IMHO, this New World Order/Men in Black/Skull and Bones/Hierarchy thing just doesn't seem true to me.

Americans tend to be what you call stupid, which is why so many support people like Ron Paul and Barrack Obama and why either of the Clintons ever managed to get into office and Carter wasn't killed, and why Bush's ratings are so low.

Oh, and Bush got 271 electoral votes. Gore and Lieberman got 266. I don't know about you, but it seems to me that Bush won the electoral thing.... And since neither had over 50 percent of the votes, you might as well go with one that would fix the hole Clinton went out and dug.

And TH: Are you speaking of Delta Force? Because they don't exist; I would recommend discussion on them cease immediately.

Maybe he uber screwed up. But, America is still America. It's not even close to a dictatorship.

My dad explained it to me like this once, long ago:
Quote from Deathboy312's dad:
"Don't blame the president. He's just an icon. He actually just signs the bills and congress does the rest."

You might not be able to blame Bush for all of America's problems, but you can certainly blame him for a relentless effacement of American dignity. Foreign respect for America is at an all-time low and "America-bashing" is a common sport around dinner tables all over the world.

As it has been for a long, long time. As I recall, it was like that even when the simply WONDERFUL Clinton was in office. At least, it was at the places I went with my parents, which was mainly Europe.

If I were to blame anyone for the issues currently dominating America, I would put it on Congress, which is now halting or desperately hindering anything that would be progressive.

Living in america, I have not heard some of the insults, are there any joke ones? if so say so, cause, you shouldn't laugh if you can't laugh at yourself.

While I'm on weird philophies: If life gives you lemons, squirt lemon juice into the eyes of your enemies.

I understood none of the first paragraph....

If life gave John McCain lemons, he would kill terrorists with them.
If life gave Obama lemons, he would give them out to the people. Then tax them.

New campaign ads....

Don't get me wrong - anti-Americanism isn't new. The arrival of the monkey-president simply made it so much more fashionable and widespread.

I would rather have a monkey president than an Aku Aku-headed president, or the global warming psycho with a massive carbon footprint. After all, science does state that we're close to monkeys... not seen many people say the same about humans and wooden planks, however.

The funny thing is, the reason why the American president is the target of so much ridicule is because the other world leaders simply don't matter. Hell, a lot of people can cite things the American president has done that's good or bad, but can't even recall the names of most other nation leaders.

It's the U.S. leadership that matters the most, considering America is the one that dictates most, if not all world affairs and watches over the rest of the world.

Even though they have little to no power, the U.S. president is pretty much the president of the world. That's why the presidential elections are such a big deal, even in the smallest of third world countries half way across the planet.

Anyways - I'll be voting for McCain. Barack doesn't have the balls to run this country.

Ummm... I know who most of the foreign leaders are. Maybe it's just me....

And I wouldn't say that the US rules the rest of the world, necessarily, but rather has the power to make a pretty drastic and sudden change pretty much anywhere and will in all probability find the means to win almost any conflict it gets into eventually.

Yeah.. and I think that certain religious leaders such as the Pope or Muslim Political leaders have more influence because their jurisdiction has no earthly borders. Also, people feel more loyalty towards them.

And Obama could dunk over McCain. I think McCain might have a heart attack while walking to the office, he is in no way stronger (politically or physically).
