SLA - Service Level Agreement
AUP - Acceptable use policy

And TriggerHappy, you said you're offering unlimited hosting, but you only have 600GB? My server has 750GB...

Yeah I bought them domains.

But all of you arguing how you have more storage space. I hope you know you don't really have all that. If you read your ToS and ToA you will notice that they only allow actually a small amount. So even if they promise X amount of bandwith per month, say 1000000GB they might only allow you 1GB/hr so you won't be able to use all of your monthly allowance that they "claim" you can use.

Now if you getting 750GB, they would be overselling or your not reading small print, unless you are purchasing a dedicated or atleast a virtual dedicated server.

Take a look at your own hardrive. You pay 80$ for a 300GB. Now how can you expect even close to that amount when they are selling you servers which they claim to be "unlimited" for 5-10 dollars / month?

Btw, where you buy your hosting?
