Christina Johns
I'm Christina Johns, an artist. My husband is also a fine artist. We live a somewhat bucolic life on a small farm in NW Oklahoma in a town of 59 people. We raise Navajo-churro sheep, and sell the beautiful multi-colored wool. We are organic gardeners, and what fruit and veggies we don't consume, we sell at a farmer's market in a neighboring town. We have 6 wonderful dogs and one kitty. Shoebox, Service Dog, has her own Facebook page, as a public figure. I have a severe form of narcolepsy with cataplexy, and Shoebox has saved me numerous times. I am a former actor, singer (in a rock band, then later as a dramatic soprano in opera), talk show host, director and video editor. I still make documentaries and shorts, which can be found on YouTube. My hair color changes about every 5-6 weeks, depending on what painting I'm working on. I have two gorgeous, talented daughters, who both live on the U.S. West Coast. I also have two wonderful stepsons, one who lives down south and one who is right here in Oklahoma. At the current time, I sell my artwork at fairs, conventions, a couple of gallerys and internationally on eBay. But watch for our gallery ART-BY-THE-TRACKS, opening in 2017. My computer usage is primarily for my film and video editing, social networking and sales.
