I have a Like New Logitech Controller(Not Working),for sale.It might be something simple.It was in the box,looks brand new. Best offer plus shipping.Update:i found out that it does work,just had to connect it to the port with a little authority but i sold it anyway.

I had that done many years ago.A friend from Nuon-Dome sent me the upgrade firmware disc,i still have it to this day,Thanks.

..and i have other issues:the on/off switch,it shuts off as soon as i turn it on and the tray closes with no warning when it is suppose to be open.Maybe you could do me a favor.I think you said you had both parts list for N-501 and m-101.If you do,could you check and see if the switch in both...

Update:They received a donor player and swap the laser.Said it now works perfectly with dvd or game.Just received the e-mail today.

Sorry it took awhile getting back to you.I talked it over with my tech and he said it would be cost prohibited because of time involved.He showed me what it took to do it(take apart and put back together and then recalibrate).It looked like a nightmare to me and is most likely why nobody on...

Has that been tried?It seems that if it has been,someone would have posted it here.I have a repair fellow that could do it if i had the right one and he is good at his job but he checked it out and couldn't find anything that would work.Having said that he is not perfect and could have missed...

I haven't gave up on it yet.Like you,i would like to find a new CD unit,i know that someone has them.If we could find the people that bought all those spare parts(stock) when the N501 was discontinued,then we would be in good shape.
