What's the trigger to add or remove units to a building during gameplay to allow a player to build that unit or not?

No it would obviously be one of the actions. Like I said, the leaderboard works, it just doesn't take 1 kill as 1 kill: it takes 1 kill as 10-12 kills. So when I kill a unit in testing, instead of the leaderboard changing my kills to 1, it changes it to like 10...

Yup, I was thinking of barrage, however here is the thing. Barrage works every time the initial unit attacks. I have the attack speed for the melee unit to like 2.20 seconds, however I want the unit to shoot out arrows say like every 1.20 seconds. How can I do this? If not, than it is okay.
