Don't forget "background-position:top left;"

You should also include ASP in there. A lot of people use it.

Change "position:fixed;" to "position:absolute;"

#12 looks the best IMO.

Use pixels if you want to have a specific size and use the "align="center"" tags.

You might be able to use an IFrame.
