He means that as a caster, you click on a point, and then the projectile flies from the caster to the point. If an enemy is hit by the stone while it's traveling, the stone gets destroyed, the unit take damage and the spell is complete. If the stone misses all enemy opponents, it will stop...

nobody cares about new WC3 maps anymore, its outdated and when SC2 releals it will be completely dead. In EU battle.net you only see random TDs, maybe some footy and DotA. All other maps never ever get required players.
As I understand it you want 3 units in a region owned by player 12 to wander inside a region, i would do it this way:

Time - Every 5.00 seconds of game time

Unit Group - Pick every unit in (Units in Wander <gen> owned by Player...
Use |c followed by a RGB hex code (example |cffffcc00) and use |r to reset the colour to white.
Example:

In Game: Hello world!

The variable type is Integer.
Making a TD is more time consuming than you may think and to get the best system for the spawns you should make use of variables. Read this tutoial for a easy guide (but time consuming) of doing a TD from start to the end.
The tutorial shows you everything to make a basic TD!
