I'm looking for help regarding adding an energy cost every time the cannons fire, and every time the aura tower ticks.
for example,
Cannon requiring at least 1 energy to shoot
and tower aura losing 1 energy/s whenever it's applying the buff

I have a photon cannon to do 1 damage, and a little bit of splash damage to those around it, but I've noticed it is doing 2 damage to the initial target. How can i keep the effects damage at 1 yet still have splash to those around it?
