I've always been curious myself, but i don't think it's possible with other models (other then the vengeance model and the blood mage model). It's because with these two models they have the sprite attachment point (an invisible point that floats around them). the sphere ability uses these points to attach each effect onto them. The only way i can see you can make it work with the medivh model is editing the animations of the character (I think you can do this with war3modeleditor). Probably check out some tutorials, I'm sure other people have asked the same question in the past
