What's a good build for this map? i always keep dying.

I played a Vampirism map straight for 7 hours, i was quite tired after that!

I like this guide very much, i've been using it over 2 years.

I'm looking for a map that's almost like Footmen vs Grunts. With multipe sides fighting against eachother, but i dont like footmen frenzy.
