Hmm no this is extremely weird. I copied & pasted the trigger into a blank map, along with the items, and it worked perfectly fine. In the original map however, it didn't work. Btw, I changed it to "Playable map area" (the non-variable one) and it still didn't work.
This is weird indeed.
EDIT...
For some weird reason, the runes are always created at the center of the map. Always. I have "Fixed Random Seed' unchecked and I've also tested through the game directly.

Will this bug? I'm thinking it might as it chooses a random integer to wait, so if let's say, after 1 minute it picked 240 as an integer, then the trigger will run again between then, and if it were to choose a low number, like 15, I'm thinking it could bug. But I don't know.

No, it's the trigger above. Actually, it's every jass trigger in my map. I've disabled all of them, except the one above, and it still doesn't work. However, if I disable the trigger above, it will work. I also downloaded a few custom spell maps written in jass to see if it was a problem on my...
I've re-installed Wc3 and newgen and tons of stuff just to find out this was the problem! I imported all my triggers from another one of my maps though, so anyway to speed up the process (is there a debugger that works?)
EDIT: Really weird, I tried another map which I know to work, but it still...
I'm running the latest patch (1.25) and using NewGen 1.5d and whenever I try to test my map, it takes me to the main WC3 TFT menu. I already have RtC disabled. Don't know what to do :(
Alright, try this:
1) Open my map.
2) Test it.
3) Select the Phoenix.
4) Press Left for 7-10 seconds (make sure it's actual seconds).
5) Wait about 3 seconds.
6) Press Left till the Phoenix starts rotating, then once it does, keep holding Left for about 2 seconds and let go.
7) Keep your...
Your map has the same problem mine has.
Open your map, and try pressing the right arrow key for a few seconds, then let go off it and wait about 10 seconds while keeping your eyes on the Phoenix and see what happens: it will rotate by itself.
