Yes i agree with storm bolt mini stun. Not only that, storm bolt cast delay is kinda amusing, it takes a few second to do another spell.
Thats why im try to triggerd it with channel ability, but since i read Weep's reply that channel ability havnt missile art effect its really amusing either...

Yes i think that is a good way to solve the problem. But here, i wanna try it with channel ability not with other ability.
Just like the title say. i dont know what is wrong, when i made a spell base on channel ability the missile art effect wont fires.
here's the data :
missile art : Strom bolt effect;
missile speed : 700
missile arc : 0.20
art duration : 0.98
follow through time : 0
buff : none
effects ...

i think what GFreak45's say is true, i/we cannot use triggering unit, casting unit, attackin unit, damage source etc because trigger B has no triggering unit, casting unit, attacking unit etc. In other word the action...

Trigger - Turn on (Tes)
This :
Trigger - Run (Tes) (checking conditions)
and this event :
Trigger - Run (Tes) (ignoring conditions)

1st.
- Order (last created unit) to cripple. <----- is your dummy has the spell.?
if not, well thats the problem. Add the ability through trigger
- Add (your ability) to Last created unit.
2nd.
i dont know this is true or not, but adding 0.10 expiration timer is very fast for your dummy...
If i remember correctly, just remove "Select Hero" with "Select Unit".
"Select unit" is a shop ability to pick nearby unit, without select it manualy.

Using dummy unit of course, its a simple way to do.:D
Order your dummy unit to cast the spell and make sure you add your dummy unit expiration time matching with the spell duration.

In object editor go to buffs/Effects section, there, try search devotion aura. After you find the buff, try change this : Text-Tooltip-Extended edit to your own like.
or you can creat a new one, that prevent the same ability has the same description.
