I don't have a quote to back this up, but I believe Blizzard has said that they would have to approve maps for them to become premium. People shouldn't worry about "shitty maps[s]" because it's doubtful whether Blizzard would endorse such maps.
I hope having paid premium maps will encourage...
I forget where but I remember the top-down shooter being able to be played during the campaign at an arcade machine.

If these are possible in the wc3 editor, how come we haven't seen any maps like them?
Can't use WE right now, but these will probably work.
1. Cast Inferno without summoning a unit (believe there is an option in the object editor)
2. Have a dummy unit cast purge on all units in an area. (a dummy unit is unclickable, has no shadow, and no model [completely unnoticeable]).
It is because there is no SpawnLocation[0]. Try this

It's a pretty good tutorial, but the cape needs a little work. It would look better if you explained how to make a border for the cape, because it has a very sharp edge to it. You might also want to describe how to alpha out parts of the cape.

Short answer: no.
Dividing wouldn't give the origianal values (nor would any other math function).
Example: 3+3+2+1=9 and 3+3+3=9, how would you know the difference between the two if you only knew the sum.
Why can't you store the integer in another variable?
Have you tried what Faraway suggested?
And by the way, for the second trigger it should be for all of that unit-type, not just the unit that picked it up.

There are some spells that are trigger-enhanced, the one you tried was the first one I made, and was more of a test. You could check in the trigger editor for the spells that were trigged.
The attacking system has bugs :rolleyes:.
Well, I stopped because I didn't really have any motivation. I also think that the ds homebrew scene is awesome.
