The "restart the map option," if you're talking about the button in the menu, is a component of single-player games. You can't disable this as far as I know. It doesn't work in multiplayer (Read: Bnet) games.
Rather, when restoring it from the game cache, instead of just plopping it down into the map, store it into a variable, then plop it down into the map.
