Crime Rapist Upset That He Might Have Contracted AIDS from His Victim.

A man who has been jailed for raping a woman has been told that he could have contracted HIV as a result of the attack he inflicted upon his victim.

Richard Thomas, 27, collapsed when police informed him about the woman's medical status and is still waiting to hear if he has contracted the incurable virus. Thomas, of Leigh in Greater Manchester, knew the woman and was aware that she has another illness but had not known about the HIV. The court heard he was shocked when he was told and asked to be taken to hospital, Liverpool Crown Court heard. He had let himself into her home in the middle of the night and she awoke to find him raping her.

Wonder if she can be prosecuted for having sexual relations without telling him she had HIV.

Let's hope the courts don't fuck this up. Too rarely do we get to see the effects of cosmic justice.

Seriously, though, it probably only takes a really good defense attorney to try to turn it from rape to consensual or that she "led him on" and that the entire incident was her fault. Then you argue that she didn't reveal the HIV and boom, I'm pretty sure that's become a felony nowadays.

well if somebody is raping/trying to rape you nowadays, screaming " I HAVE AIDS" might remedy the situation.

You'll get people who either don't care or won't believe you. It won't stop or probably even cut into the Rape numbers.
