The most website has and control panel installed into it making all admins able to edit the website without editing the RAW html files.

Example's of this is EpiServer, Joomla etc..

I wonder how do i get this onto the website? ^^

A server-wide admin panel comes at an extra cost. Ask your hoster if you don't have such "useful" things as Plesk or cPanel.

Application-wise, if it's not readily available, odds are that it doesn't exist. So, you either have to pay for it or write it on your own.

We host the website by our own :/ but are we still able to install cPanel or Plesk? ^^

Let's try again.

Plesk et al. provide an interface to manage the whole server (i.e. FTP, email, ...), while a web content management system comes with a build-in administration interface.

If you don't use a CMS at all and only upload some files through FTP/DAV/other fancy application (i.e. DreamWeaver), you'll have to write such an admin interface on your own or find one that suits your needs.

But you'd better provide a better description of what you're up to:
  • what operating system is your site running on?
  • what server-side languages and what databases are available?
  • are you trying to install Joomla?

Not editing the raw html files simply means that the site is using a database most commonly php-mysql combo. Joomla is using a custom built control panel IMO.

You need to learn server-side scripting first before you write a control panel, since writing a custom control panel, the way I see it, is the only way that you can accomplish this goal.
