The source video was already 1080p. There is no reason to downscale it to 720p and then downscale again to 108x192. Actually, doing that would yield a lower quality gif through compression.

0.5MB is massive for a 200x200 file. Even an 8 second GIF I from a 1080p (30fps) video scaled down to 108x192 is only 951KB.
