That really depends on you, not us. If you really admire the effort you put in this map, I would say you shouldn't quit it. As for the name and context, you can always change it.
Can you be more specific? With Trigger Editor, you can do almost anything that comes to your mind. It would be good if we had somewhere to start off.
Or, if all you want is an increased damage and stun, you can trigger it so that when you cast the spell, you gain a bonus damage and an 100% bash...

In fact, the guy above Chewbalka was right, only that he didn't mention to Shift+Double Click the value in order to enter 0. Else it's always set to 1.
Have in mind though, units that have default 0 movespeed by editor cannot move afterwards, even if you trigger them.
Why don't you temporarily (meaning, while the spell is in effect) add an item* ability to the unit, based on Night elf - Hardened Skin with negative values, and then remove it after the effect finishes?

Yes. since it's not a building, it's bound to move for at least 1.
You should make it so that the unit's movement is bound (like Entangle), if you want the unit to not move at all, or pause it and pause it's animation, too.

It's possible. It actually happens when your map has finished loading and is on map initialization stage. That means, you can do it via a simple map init trigger that plays a sound (or a music).
