Thanks for the help. I downloaded the UMSWE and it seems to be helping. I am pretty sure that there was no build ability in the list with my World Editor, however i can see it with UMSWE.

Is it possible to change basic abilities' text? As basic abilities i mean those who are not in the list where you can edit abilities like: Build, Attack, Defense, Patrol, Move and so on... I tried Game Interface... and Gameplay Constants... but i couldn't find anything.

I now understand i can change it in a menu called dropdown or something. Where is it? If you help i give you reputation if it counts for anything, idk i'm new.
