I have a Carrier that i have given the warp gate ability train. When i select it i get the icon in the bottom right to select all warpgates. I do not want this button because it locks up my "W" button and i don't even have warp gates. How can i fix this?

All my local variables work as intended and have all the correct values (even tested without any variables). All the unit orders are executed as they should be, it shows, it start moving. it stops, it unload, it goes back. I know this because i removed the wait command and the hide unit...
