I'm using BLPaleter15c to re-compress. The textures will stay true at the material origin, but then have the texture edges be stretched balloon-like across the rest of the material. Normally the texture will either repeat itself, or expand uniformly to fit the whole material.

In some instances, the texture has just been compressed. But mostly, I'm just using that as an example to say that no matter which texture I use (even if it's the original), the texture gets warped/stretched/skewed.
Ya, I've made sure to reload the editor every time I grab a new model. It's weird, but I re-textured again the models that weren't working, and now it's working. So it must have just been user error.

I've been trying to retexture models in order to cut down on size. So I've been using a .blp compressor, but I also want to simply change/remove some textures on models.
