On top of that, if there is: is there a way to change the Tooltip of an Attribute based on the Ability Resource they use.

Every Point increases Attack Speed.
Every Point increases Armor/Resistance by 0.14/0.11?
In this regard Spell Resistance would be calculated in the same way as armor.
