AI Suicide renders a computers unit to simply go frenzy upon close enemies, ignoring the safety of the unit and continue to attack till either he or his target dies. This does not give extra damage or anything like that, only modify their behavior.

The only way I know if you play with friends is to create Computer slots and then let the user join so they get an other color (You can remove the Computer slot afterwards).

That would results in 3 triggers:
1 that runs each 25 second and spawns Zerglings
1 that runs each 25 second and spawn Roaches (but is initially turned off)
1 that runs once after 200 seconds and activates the 2nd trigger
