hmmmm, well I cant find 'Picked unit'. I found UnitGroupLoopCurrent(). That worked. I dont know whats going on with my editor, but it works now. UnitGroupLoopCurrent() is under unitGroups btw

What i want to detect when a unit enters a range of a item, and leaves the range of that item.

Hello, i am trying to lock a camera angle, at a specific (330 angle of attack) angle.
I can get to that angle just fine, but people can just change the angle with the mouse scroll.
is there a way where i can tell the camera to not change, or tell the camrea to keep going back to that angle?
ok ok this should work for my ward, but i have a statis trap that i want to not go invisble also. any way to just stop it from going invs?

i could see this working, but let me restate what i ment, i think i was a little confusing:
For the allys of the player
they get vision of the ward like normal
but for the enemys of the player
they can see the ward, if they happen it walk near it.
the same way if they happen to...
i want to let people use a a seeing ward item, but let the enemy team see it too. In other words i dont want the ward to go invsible.
I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but under abilitys the ward has ghost (visible). i tryed removing this but it didnt do anything.

well it looks as if you wont need this anymore, but i just had the same problem.
what i did is --
at the start of the game i had a trigger, create unit (my was shaman)
right after i said hide last created unit, (this way no one knows hes there)
In the object editor- i made a aura...
never mind i figured it out. there was a targeted point trigger, so used that and made a couple varables to see where that was and what action he used when going (attack, move, smart). now i just got to make sure he can focus on enemys.
oh well thanks for ideas anyhow, it helped.
My problem is --- i need a point on the map--
the point i need is--- a unit is ordered to move to point (x).
before he gets there, i need point (x)

I have a waygate in which i want to make the warping (picture) effect not show.
I do want the waygate to work. I just dont want the blue warping effect to show.
Maybe its really simple, but i couldnt figure it out for the waygate.
If this is possible please tell me how.
